RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@rivanis.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs as required by applicable law.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@rivanis.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perfumes/fragrances — final sale, no returns or exchanges (except where required by applicable law)
- Sale/promotional items — products purchased on sale or at a discounted promotional price are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Note: perfumes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we agree otherwise. Note: perfumes are not eligible for returns except where required by applicable law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@rivanis.com.
