Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders over $85. Orders below $85 are subject to standard shipping fees calculated at checkout.

Delayed Orders
If the maximum processing and shipping time has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, please wait up to 2 additional days and check your tracking number. If your package still hasn't arrived after that, contact us at support@rivanis.com with your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged package or incorrect items, please take photos of the issue, include a brief description of what went wrong, and contact us at support@rivanis.com with your order number. We will make it right.
